These terms govern use of the Greendot Biopak South Africa website. The site is an informational and enquiry website for Greendot Biopak South Africa (Pty) Ltd at 24 5th Avenue Walmer, Port Elizabeth. You may contact us on 069 401 3860 or at info@greendotbiopaksa.com.
1. Website use
You may browse this site and send genuine enquiries. Do not use it unlawfully, submit harmful code, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the service. The site currently has no customer accounts or online checkout, so there are no account credentials or payments to manage here.
2. Enquiries, quotations and orders
Submitting a contact, callback or product enquiry does not place an order, guarantee a callback, reserve stock or create a sales contract. Accepted enquiries on the Cloudflare Pages preview are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 for review; local development stores them on the local server. No email or booking is generated automatically. If storage is unavailable, the form reports an error. Product availability, specifications, quantities, delivery, pricing and any applicable taxes must be confirmed in a written quotation or order agreement. A separate agreement may apply to an accepted order. Nothing on this site takes away rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable South African law.
